Terms and Conditions

When purchasing ticket/tickets, you agree to the following.

Tickets are limited as endorsed and are non-transferable. The unauthorized resale of Quick Round Trips(QRT) tickets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. No reservations are accepted unless expressly stated otherwise. Tickets are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time for which purchased. QRT is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

By purchasing a ticket or tickets, you agree that you have read and understand the terms and conditions.  

• Each passenger must present a ticket to board the bus.
• At least 21 years of age at time of purchase,
• Tickets are nontransferable. If presented for transportation by any person other than the person for whom originally purchased, the ticket will be void and may be confiscated.
• If a passenger has chosen to receive a Print at Home ticket, it is solely the passenger’s responsibility to print the ticket in advance of travel.
• Each passenger must have a separate travel document and each trip must have a separate travel document. 
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Departure dates and times may change. Carrier is not responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather, natural disasters or other conditions beyond carrier’s reasonable control. However, carrier will make reasonable attempts to minimize the delays and/or make alternate arrangements to enable bus travel to your final destination. With the exception of Priority Seating and accommodations for disabled and elderly passengers, seating is on a first come/first served basis and is without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or any other protected characteristic.

If a passenger(s) is/are more than 10 minutes late for the departure time, the driver is permitted to leave, and passenger will have to wait for the next available departure time.

Waiver of Liability

By using Quick Round Trips(QRT) services you acknowledge that you forever release and waive any right to bring suit against QRT and/or its insurers, owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing QRT’s services and/or premises. You understand and agree that by using QRT's services and/or premises that this waiver means you give up any right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim you may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

Smoking &/or Vaping is Prohibited

We reserve the right to deny access to a ride to anyone we feel may be a hazard to other riders.
